RE/MAX on the Bay has an extensive library of training videos as well as live training twice a month. We know it is important to help our agents improve their business skills. During our live trainings, experienced agents will demonstrate their listing presentations, buyer consultations, how to prepare an informative CMA for sellers, role playing for objection handling and many more skills that will help you grow your business. Our training library at RE/MAX University offers video lessons including full 60-minute overviews on a topic or brief micro-focused sessions for 3 - 5 minutes, for when you need an answer to a specific question or want to know how to do something. 


You'll be able to participate in the twice-daily video conferences in an open forum to brainstorm with agents to get answers to your questions, objection handling, best practices or to just run something by the broker before discussing it with the client. Bud or Sue will be on the video conference calls weekdays from 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. and again from 4:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. All you have to do is jump on the call, ask your question(s) and go on your way.
